Croatian Cultural and Artistic Society Tihaljina from Tihaljina, Grude, shortly (HKUD Tihaljina), was founded in 2011. The headquarters of the organization is located in the same town, Grude. It has around sixty members divided into several sections.

In April 2021, Ilija Milas is the President of the HKUD Tihaljina, and Ivan Barać is the Artistic Director.
HKUD Tihaljina regularly promotes the traditional cultural heritage of its region.
The ENKB traditional dances are particularly well represented with the ** trusa, ** taraban, ** trojanac and ** kolanje. At performances they also promote traditional singing such as ** ganga, ** bećarac, ** putničku pjesmu, ** svatovske pjesme and ** čobanske pjesme.
From traditional musical instruments, special attention is given to playing the **diple** , as well as **playing and singing with the gusle**.
On the stage, they set up several customs, particularly highlighting "Rolling and Preparing Tobacco for Weighing" and "Shaving, Carding and Spinning Wool".
HKUD Tihaljina is member of UHAKUD-a in B&H.
Organizers of the "Tialjsko Silo" folk festival, held annually on July 20th since 2011, have created an international event with performers from various countries taking part every year. Tihaljina boasts a rich cultural, historical and natural heritage, with the widely known "Ravlica Cave", the Adventure Park "Mill Cave" and the Tihaljina river spring being some of its most remarkable features.
